Meet The Team

Stanley Hailey

 Founder & Visionary

Stanley has a diverse range of expertise including several forms of marketing and media, corporate and interpersonal communications, commercial and residential real estate, and project management. Stanley thrives in collaboration and
brainstorming while bringing the team his exceptional salesmanship. Additionally, his time in property management allowed him to fortify his strength in problem solving and quick thinking. Stanley manages projects in a first-class,
concierge-style manner. He cares for his jobs and clients like they are family. 

Melissa Hailey

Chief Operating Officer

 Melissa Hailey is married to Stanley and has lived in Plano since 2002.  Born in Arlington, Melissa has lived in the DFW her entire life.  There are always children around the Hailey household, as Melissa and Stanley have 4 children, 2 step-children, and 2 grandsons with another grand baby on the way.   They also have their fur babies, Coco the dog and Boots the cat.  If that didn’t keep Melissa busy enough, she is also a serial entrepreneur and volunteer.  Melissa is not only the Designated Broker for The North Texas Top Team, REALTORS; she is also the CEO of Agent Advantage Coaching and Training.  Additionally, Melissa coaches REALTORS across the country as she is a Certified Coach for Workman Success Systems.  If that wasn’t enough, she helps referral agents through MLSHailey Referral Network; and she is the COO of The Social Media Butterfly.  Mrs. Hailey serves on the Board of Directors for the Collin County Association of Realtors, as well as New Hope Christian Academy.  Melissa is dedicated to helping others and has a genuine commitment to serving people, which has been a valuable trait in her career and her volunteer activities.

Brandy Saldana

Chief Marketing Officer

 Brandy Saldana is married to the love of her life and they have 5 nephews, 2 nieces, and a surplus of fur-babies! She has lived in the DFW areas for the majority of her life, and she loves family game nights, reading books, and baking delicious treats. Brandy has always loved cheering on others in their endeavors, and can not wait to help your business grow. 

Gabi Powell

Staff 

I was born on June 4th and am an Okie at heart (BOOMER SOONER!). In school, I studied the 3 M’s: Merchandising, Management, and Marketing.

After graduation, I did a 180 and have spent most of my time working in Education and Corporate Finance. I’m big on universal human and animal rights and try to volunteer on a regular! Giving back is a big part of who I am. I’m a HUGE fan of music (all genres), movies, game nights, museums, cooking, and interior design (dad was a contractor, so spent countless hours on job sites and staging homes). I will always greet you with a smile, and I’ll never be fake. I can’t hide my facial expressions. You’ll see how I really feel on my face. Known for being a silly brainiac who is always willing to help and research a topic. I can’t wait to get to know everyone!
